Giving Tree Wellness is committed to offering fun, safe and highly instructional yoga, Pilates and private sessions in a nurturing environment. Each session is customized for everybody’s unique needs and goals. Kate draws upon her 20 years of fitness training and her PTA background. She is experienced to work with the highest level athlete and clients that have significant physical needs.

Concentration, clarity, breath and equanimity are stressed in all classes. Giving Tree Wellness’s mission is to teach the healing and transformative powers of mindful movement through clear instruction and individual attention. The goal of Giving Tree Wellness is to root itself in the community and provide nourishment through education, and hands-on healing.
